How many is a Brazilian?

This popped up on me this morning as I settled down at the coffee shop.  What struck me, wasn't the fact that a Rio Olympic Judo medalist was beaten up and robbed.  It was the stories correlation with my thoughts on my drive this morning.

Most of the time, just when you think you've got everything figured out, you realize you don't.  It also isn't typically something you spot from a mile away either.  It usually comes as a surprise.  Kind of like a punch in the face.  Just stay focused and dedicated.  When you fail, don't sweat it.  There's always Karate.

Gabriel Mease - An introduction to my thoughts, desires and outcomes.

I discovered in my early 20's the plague of unintended consequences. I decided I wanted to help businesses (and people) identify and avoid them. I devoted myself to finding ways to save businesses money while simultaneously increasing their participants happiness. That was the idea anyway. This all occurred to me at the peak of my career as an interior designer at David Gabriel (founded by David and Gabriel Mease) based in Saint George, Utah.

I loved what I did, but I wanted more. I had no formal training, but after a year of selling furniture at a start up furniture store I cofounded with my brother, I spotted an opportunity. People wanted to have nice things, and they didn't want to think about it. Eureka, you give me your money and let me do the thinking for you? I found my calling.
